If you love sports, this is the perfect place for you. Absolutely love the people here, they are helpful and patient (especially toward a newbie). There is so much room for development; I have greatly improved as a writer since joining. The work-life balance has been manageable for me.

Five months in, no cons for me yet other than that it gets overwhelming sometimes.

While I was working at EssentiallySports, I had a great experience with my teammates. They all are really helpful and considerate. Especially whenever I faced a problem, they came forward to help me without any kind of hesitation.

Actually, I will not say I dislike anything about ES but the workload would be felt too much and suffocating sometimes.

A lot to learn from. The way they develop a newbie is quite interesting. Handling the pressure in the beginning will be the only challenge, but if you can master that, ES is a perfect place to grow.

apart from the salary given to a writer, there's nothing worth appreciating in this company. I left the job within a month and didn't even get any call from HR Samir. (Seems a scammer). No offer letter no reliving letter no documentation. Too many kids soy boy kids working. Pretty toxic work culture. The content head is knowledgeable but the editors are shit. Can't even get started in this. The site is click bait site. Non of the articles are related to Fans' perspective as the moto says. Instead, the site is for casual fans who sniff stupid information. No one talks about talent, skills, techniques but only care about click bait topics.
