Growth as a post its not there. Company provided all benefits but they are fail to give time to time Posting as their culture is not post oriented, but actually team need management has to think of them by promoting or by appreciating them. But Essen has no policy or not in their thinking to grow the person due to the lack Management Skill. This is my personal experience myself may be wrong but truth is this.
