I worked as a Talent intern in this organisation. My senior however believed in me from the very first day and gave me huge responsibilities to handle for the show. It helped me grow, learn, handle any situations and altogether helped me alot.

Teammates were ok, you don't get to know much and what to do they had kept a lot of people with in the team aloof, no one knows what is going on, unexpectedly they want conformation from your side, very confusing environment. As an intern you don't get any money you have to spend your money on travel and food with in the company.

Dislikes

You won't know when you are not needed, neither you won't get any information that you are not required. You don't get to learn teammates do not communicate, every unexpected travel is on you and food is better you eat outside there is no canteen at all work place is a lot of confusion, disruption & disparity. The environment is very negative, disturbing, disruptive and very confusing.

My overall experience was not good, as I have explained how the environment is in Essal Vision, you won't come to know when you are not required no one will tell you in the team nor your senior will tell you.. You will have to find out your self.
