Work pressure is high but it's a good effect because it teaches you to push your limits and boundaries and just concentrate on your goals.

As per new management came in to exit it very diffcullt to work here

I dislike about the company if person seeing his carrer growth in another department and if he apply for that but there is one lady she is taken decision on personal level even though she does not have any right to take decision on another person career growth. If person already handover the thing to next person and he / she want to join another department but that 1 lady always try the person cannot rejoin that company because she taken every decision on personnel level and even she taken the decision on behalf of Hr also.

Essel Vision gives me the opportunity to work in my own way, under my timings and sets me free to show my creativity

The only thing I despite about Essel Vision is its restrictions and reservations in terms of Budget

Teammates were ok, you don't get to know much and what to do they had kept a lot of people with in the team aloof, no one knows what is going on, unexpectedly they want conformation from your side, very confusing environment. As an intern you don't get any money you have to spend your money on travel and food with in the company.

Dislikes

You won't know when you are not needed, neither you won't get any information that you are not required. You don't get to learn teammates do not communicate, every unexpected travel is on you and food is better you eat outside there is no canteen at all work place is a lot of confusion, disruption & disparity. The environment is very negative, disturbing, disruptive and very confusing.
