Impact Guru is the best thing that has happened on Earth. They are on a mission to save a million people. The founders are visionaries, and exude radiance and brilliance like Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Satya Nadella etc. I feel honored to work for them. I literally haven't seen such great and influential people in my life. Sometimes, they have to take tough decisions, but just like our parents, they need to do this to take care of the team. I have 100% trust in them. I just focus on getting work done, and give my 100% just like the founders, be it weekend or midnight. I will always be there for this company. I am able to learn so much here! Best thing that has happened to me in my life is Impact Guru. I feel by 2025, Impactguru will be the greatest company in India. People who stay will reap the benefits for sure. People who want to take leaves, add bad reviews, don't belong here. Join any other trash company then. The work life balance at Impact Guru is commendable. The works finishes as per your Local train timing, which is the best :) The company understands the importance of Mental and Physical well-being, and they provide ample resources and flexibility to ensure employees can thrive both at work in their personal lives.

The cause and concept is good - saving people through donations. However, how much fraud these guys do, I can only imagine.

The worst work culture you can find. I have worked in companies like Byjus which are notorious for bad work culture and office politics, but they are nothing compared to the stuff we see at Impact Guru. It's a horrible place to work. Super depressing work environment. It's chock full of idiots who are sociopaths and sadists full-time. I went into mental therapy after I left this hell hole. They will pad their company review pages with fake reviews, don't fall for it. It's a wonder how this company even grew to this stage....Read More

I literally have nothing to write here. The only positive working here was I was able to survive and grow in the most toxic workplaces in India.

Dislikes

I worked a good amount of time here. Was one of the top performers. The management here will never appreciate your good work or performance, however, they will be quick to show up to point out even the smallest issues with you. This is a tactic to downgrade your self worth, so that you continue to remain underpaid during appraisals.The founders especially are intolerable. The senior management learns from these folks. If you have an iota of self respect for yourself, please don't join here. They don't give two hoots about employees. But will do every to pad up their positive reviews here. Workplace politics and employee policies are unbearable here. Avoid this company like the plague....Read More
