Job orientation in various departments is less and no incentives for employees. Employees growth is slow in lower management.

I work in engineering department and my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire machine maintenance and smooth run of machines day to day,but I learnt lot from doing my work in competitive environment.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
