Even if you don't have any degree or educational qualification u can get a job there. The one and only thing which is good in the company

Oh My God,I don't know from where to start.. ok let me come to the point one by one. Rules and regulations are not same for every employees. there are 200 employees over there, but... 10 -15 employees work for 11 hours when the other employees work for 12 hours; moreover they have individual desktop but in other departments employees have to share the desktop. Management will expect a large amount of output from you, but they won't provide system for each employee. Some of the employees don't work properly they spend their time by gossiping, making fun but the manager don't take any action against them as they are very close to him. They can eat anytime, they can laugh loudly<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary structure is not decent,they offer only 6k for a graduate student</mark>. They don't give salary hike every year, but they will surely promise you that they will do, which is a fake commitment....Read More

They don't encourage an employee at all You will be pressurised by saying you are not working properly, If you talk to an opposite gender guy, they will say there is something about in between you and that guy.
