Dislikes

Compensation is decent but most of the salary component is deducted in company owned mobile wallet, Performance based incentive which you don't get in the end of year. On the name of increment you will get peanut's every year.

My job role was simple yet critical, there were 3 engineer to work on plant layouts, with checking of construction drawings, Company trust on the capabilities of engineers Sometimes I have to visit site to sort out land and construction
