The company is to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. The movement of company is very good, fast. Accuracy of payment is perfect.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 15-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call any time, no limit of time

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
