No Job security, No salary on time instead of excuses by management, Worst Management in the company. Management doesn' want to give salary to employees even after full month working by employees. Employee doesn't know that whether he/ she will get salary or not after doing full month work. We are consistently getting a salary with drastic cut (50 to 60%) from last year. This company is such a fraud company. Management & Senior reporting persons always use abusive language to staff. company does not provide any benefits and also does not give salary on time. For most of the employees, this company did not give even salary after getting the work done. Most of the employees are suffering from torture & mentally harassment of management & senior reporting persons. during my tenure, I have observed that many employees went into depression due to mentally torture of management & senior reporting persons. Management of this company of this company never sticks to its word and they also give fake commitments to staff.
