I don't like anything in this company.

Dislikes

1) No projects 2) Awful management 3) There are two HR teams: one for Hiring and the other for evaluating those who have not been assigned and are being processed for layoff. 4) The finance team is very awful they have not cleared my reimbursement. 5) They are forcibly said to give 5 stars in The Great Place to work.

I have been employed at Espire for a duration of 2 years. The nicest part, in my opinion, is the extremely flexible work environment; no one micromanages the staff; work-from-home requests are granted with ease; and no one has ever asked you to report to work two or three days a week. They simply ask that you do the work that is allocated to you; the only thing they want is that you finish the task on time, regardless of where you finish it....Read More

I had a challenging experience working at Espire, The management was very unprofessional and rude, Senior management evenly behave like street vendors, they don’t have work ethics. Salary payment were often delays, even Full and final settlement takes months, even a work environment involved a lot of unnecessary struggle. No job security. They expect even developer to do sales to client.
