With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Esma is a basically Dubai base company and this company has many branches in many countries, so here is a big opportunity, Working environment is good , And company naver compromise with quality of raw material and finish goods also.Company has a good and experienced sales team.

Dislikes

There is only one problem in this company that to take leave and there is no arrangement for entertainment for working staff.
