The work life balance is very good with a handsome provision of medical care facilities. However, the engineering cadre in ESIC is in developing phase. This may develop to a new level in future. But at present the work flow is not that smooth. But it will get better in future for sure.

Partiality between permanent and contract doctors. Permanent doctors take multiple leaves , won't do any holiday duties , doesn't even work when in hospital, but nobody questions. Max work is done by contract doctors
