Company policy is poor as I get placed through campus selection as a DET & done training for 3 years but what was the result there is no retension of such hardworking dedicated trainee. As compared to other Escorts group (Tractor) those who completed 3 years training in certain department got on roll job but in this plant poor management, also no extra training given, allowances or benifits they only play with students future.
