There is a lot of Politics, Branch head coming to office for approval only after that he leave and visit his own firm, coz he is running his own firm so he is not focusing. I'm resigned property as per terms and conditions with approval but later they hold my Full and final coz I joined to competeror company, now I'm decided to go for legal.
