The work environment was very good . Teammates were very helpful and energetic, that was a govt undertaking company so the first six months and the last six months of every year our DA was increase by the Govt and we got appraisal from the company after every two years. I joined Esab India Ltd as a trainee and that time I learned alot of things from one of the senior officers and after one year of training session I joined the company as an employee. I am very lucky to work with that company....Read More

In 10 years of work experience I could not find any negative situation or negative things in the company .

Work Details

Honestly speaking, I had to do miscellanious tasks in my department , but I enjoyed because I love to do that and one of my job profiles was communicate with the customers of all five regions in India I really liked it .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
