The culture is very professional, you'll get recognized if you deserve it. There is a lot of emphasis on learning. Trainings are easily available on intranet and if you want to learn something new, there is no shortage of material or motivation.

Dislikes

The compensation part is poor. It forces you to switch companies. There is some favoritism too, but less than other organizations i believe. Sometimes incompetent management frustrate people working under them and impacts the delivery too. Felt no biases for female employees.

Work Details

Interesting work. Very good company for technical growth, gives you numerous opportunities to learn and work on new technologies if you have a learning attitude.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
