Ericsson is one of the worst companies on this planet. It fired it's employees at the toughest time. Is it really ethical when a reputed company fires its employee, who has served it for more than 10 years? I admire Ratan Tata from "Tata group" who did not fire even a single employee at this crucial time. Now it's high time for Ericsson to be ethical and learn from great companies.

Dislikes

Ericsson secretly planned to fire it's employees at the time of COVID 19. Ironically it was not called " termination" but "resignation", just to save it's name in the market. Management might justify it's decision with the help of some corporate "high flown" words but please don't forget the sorrow, pain, finance and hate of many families towards this company.

Jobless, also having a home loan which was just started last year and already invested all my savings to build a home. I curse the person from the core of my heart, who was behind it. I am pretty sure that some day, he will also see the power of God.

Job Security till now in my team is fine not sure in future

Worst part is management. Company is overloaded with highly paid employee doing nothing useful. There expertise are out of date and they are not even willing to accept it. Today company 90% employee are here because no other company will hire them other 10% are trying hard to leave company.
