Very Lazy middle management. No one cares what you are doing. You are on your own. You have to push yourself to move ahead in ericsson. Too much region based politics. Ericsson india is divided among Bangali group, bangalore group and NCR group. Every group is doing its own politics which is impacting ericsson as "one company" culture. Worst annual increament and promotions are based on regional politics and not based on perforemence. Never join this company if you are career oriented persone. 1 thing is good which is work life balance....Read More
