The only good thing working for this age-old Swedish org. is the empathy they showed during the Covid period with leaves, medical support and a bit of job security- because obviously laggards are dominating this organization! Your variables are intact because overall company is progressing.... They'll give you all learning opportunities but after manager's approval- such a cliché because your manager is 90% of the times insecure, doesn't allow your growth hence you're back to ground zero....Read More

Bureaucracy, racist remarks, no vision of senior management, laggards running the show, HR most corrupt and any complaints of the employees fall on deaf ears! Racist remarks on Indians, hired at a lower job stage when fully deserving higher one just to close the headcount gap and then NO HIKE for several years stating the same reason. On the contrary a 2year exp. person will be sitting as your manager at special places of SGP or Aus. They are surviving only because its Telecom else they've failed miserably but cherry on the cake is they say we'll take things slow as we are in good shape in terms of sales revenue!
