Work life balance is subject to project requirements and client timezone
Some domains have quite high micro management. Therefore, please set your boundaries and do not over dedicate yourself in the job.

First of all os Job Security. There is nothing like that. Whenever they don't get enough project, they will throw you out with just 20-25 days of notice period. I also faced this issue here. Ericsson is my MNC, I am working here in PMO pool. I feel to great with Ericsson. It provides you cab for both side, balance work life, nice ambience and training before enengaged any projects.
Maybe some people get great package but I had joined at low package but I am performing very well my boss give me just few appreciation points and reward but in case of increment he just give hardly 5-8% this is extremely low.

Really got great opportunity to work with ericsson. It has been very nice. People here gives preference to ethics & values. Very good work life balance.
Only one thing, in hybrid model we have to go office on dedicated days i.e every Tuesday & Friday. There is no option to change those like we can go office continuously 12 days per month then take wfh.
