I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good for someone new to e-commerce especially in the arbitrage domain.

1. Too much of unnecessary policing in regards to break timings. PS - They even check how long you have taken the break and question you in case you take your lunch early 2. Unsupportive Managers unwilling to change or accept mistakes - will blatantly blame you even if you haven't been involved in the task and will are not at all open to accept change or apply any new process for process improvement 3. No job guarantee even if you are the best performer - will just give you a day's or a week's notice to leave and no reason. Will just say - company is doing cost cutting 4.
