Initially when I joined company HR mentioned that it will be permanently work from home then now suddenly CEO changed their plan and started calling everyone work from office which was far away from my place and more on that they are not providing any transportation. I've been working at Equinox for a year and it's been a fantastic experience so far; we have a amazing culture here, especially for corporate, and I consider myself fortunate to have Mr.Rahul S as a fantastic Team Lead. They frequently shift agents between processes, forcing them into roles that don't align with their skill set, and later terminate them for underperformance. Many managers lack knowledge and understanding of the processes, relying heavily on the agents who actually handle the work and interact with clients. Favoritism is evident, and when agents face issues or difficulties, no support is provided. Even the HR department is aware of the problems but seems powerless to assist, appearing helpless themselves.
