Have the best CEO, everyday we learn something new, we can try doing experiments with our work. The teammates, colleagues are very helpful. There is no politics involve and practice open door policy. The work culture is amazing and you can have work life balance.

I've been working at Equinox for a year and it's been a fantastic experience so far; we have a amazing culture here, especially for corporate, and I consider myself fortunate to have Mr.Rahul S as a fantastic Team Lead. Everything was going well while working from home.

The management is ineffective and fails to consider the agent's perspective. They frequently shift agents between processes, forcing them into roles that don't align with their skill set, and later terminate them for underperformance. Many managers lack knowledge and understanding of the processes, relying heavily on the agents who actually handle the work and interact with clients. Favoritism is evident, and when agents face issues or difficulties, no support is provided. Even the HR department is aware of the problems but seems powerless to assist, appearing helpless themselves. Additionally, there is no pick-and-drop facility, and the office is located in a remote, isolated area.
