The first thing that strikes my mind when I talk about Equiniti, I would definitely say Career Growth. Within a year and a half, I have been promoted as to a position and started earning a good amount as a salary, that's what everyone wants it right? In Equiniti promotions will be based only on your performance. Even management people will be friendly towards us.

For BPO shifts will not be flexible, the only good thing is, this is a UK based company so our shift starts at 12:30/1:30 and ends at 21:30/22:30. Another thing is we don't get extra breaks apart from the stipulated time, even if we complete our target we have to work.
