Salary Is on time. For initial career growth company is good. For Masters graduate company will send it to banglore at onsite location (Well known Automotive German Based R&D Company)

1. Usually for freshers they do have a bond for 2 years. 2. Salary structure framing policy are not good. If any employee is not on bond then usually they put Retention advance & variable bonus components in salary structure. If within a financial(appraisal cycle) year any one left the job, he/she has to pay this amount refund to company till its LWD. 3.Before sending onsite they need to train the freshers with proper understanding of job description....Read More

Work culture is good . No strict timings for the break. Good company to start as a fresher.

Dislikes

Working hours re very tedious. Shift changes every 2 weeks. So no work life balance. Promotion to senior position is nearly impossible.

But now Currently Cultural not good. They did Direct action against the employee and it's policy also not good and so many things are not good but I can't explain here in few words.
