Dear Ex-Employee, we have your offer letters which you had accepted before taking job at our company. You were explained your work locations, work profile and working hours. You being from different work background were clearly told your training would be at factory as you can see live work going on there. On 2nd day after visiting to factory you self declared you know everything that needs to be known!! We tried to explain and reason with you; which was futile. We accepted your opinion and gave you a design task which you weren't able to achieve and you gave up. Moreover you wanted office work time to be shortened by about 1 hour so that you can maintain work-life balance by attending GYM, Swimming and Music classes. You cannot dispute work timing as it was clearly mentioned in your offer letter. Moreover it was 9.30a to 6.30p including lunch and tea breaks, which was agreed by you. We are bound to deliver our commitments to our customers; we can't expect them to understand work-life balance after we have mutually accepted the timelines to deliver promises. You didn't wan't to serve notice period and you tried to fight with us over the same, when we didn't give-in considering discipline within our organization, you resorted to wrong statements on such review sites!!

We believe that a positive work environment is created by both the company and the employee. We also accept that work entrusted to proven team members compared to new team members might be different, which in our place you shall also agree. However, we believe that all team members should be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their experience level. If you are willing to be open-minded and consider your own role in your experience, we believe that you may find that our company has more to offer than you initially thought. We expect our all new team members to prove their mantle before they expect organization to entrust higher responsibilities and offer scale up in their position/salary/benefits. However, we are always open to feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our onboarding process and make it more rewarding for new team members.
