Owner Driven, No authority for managers, for operational requirements president has to approve, even senior manager will wash hands. It is a difficult company to show your skills because you are made to sit in front of computer all the time for approvals which takes it own time very much like govt organization. The people are boring, there is no helping nature everyone works selfish, try to form a team HR will corner. More like just work and do nothing else. There will not be any help after 5:30 PM. I have worked in wonderful organization just regretted leaving them because of the fact the worst work culture Usha has. Forget appraisals, there is favoritism, religious bias, castism. People work their for ages because the outside world is not suitable for them and people from corporate cannot work here....Read More
