I like fun friday but this company doesn't allow fun friday.

I worked six month in this company. This is totally fake, fraud, cheap company. First of all no provided offer letter to me and when i went to ask for offer letter then it always give some excuses like i forgot to print forgot to bring and also not want to give soft copy. They ask why you need offer letterr: #fff5e4;">. He was telling me that i was getting my salary, i was working on project </mark>. But he was not giving me offer letter. My salary was low and the work pressure was very high as per my experience. I joined this company, i was saying please give me my offer letter from first day of joining. But he kept making excuses every time wherever i ask. He was saying i will give on monday, give you tomorrow , give you next week , will give you next month. Salary always delayed and is depends on client's payment when client pay after that it paid. There is always water accumulation on the road during rains but still the company says that you have to come under any circumstances and also not allow WFH at that situation. so please beware before join this company and not join in any situation....Read More

Think 100 times before joining, better to be unemployed rather than working with them.Positive reviews posted by themselves, force the employees to post positive reviews. Alot of work pressure, 10 projects at a time, every Saturday working, Alot of hidden policies, No increment, no work balance>. Put you on hold anytime and even holds the salary and have a list of excuses to hold the salary</mark>. Their work finish put you on hold without any reason, daily new rules as per their requirement even which are not listed in appointment letter or HR policy.
