I like fun friday but this company doesn't allow fun friday.

...o bring and also not want to give soft copy. They ask why you need offer letter. He was telling me that i was getting my salary, i was working on project . But he was not giving me offer letter. My salary was low and the work pressure was very high as per my experience. I joined this company, i was saying please give me my offer letter from first day of joining. But he kept making excuses every time wherever i ask. He was saying i will give on monday, give you tomorrow , give you next week , will give you next month. Salary always delayed and is depends on client's payment when client pay after that it paid. There is always water accumulation on the road during rains but still the company says that you have to come under any circumstances and also not allow WFH at that situation. so please beware before join this company and not join in any situation.

... every Saturday working, Alot of hidden policies, No increment, no work balance. Put you on hold anytime and even holds the salary and have a list of excuses to hold the salary. Their work finish put you on hold without any reason, daily new rules as per their requirement even which are not listed in appointment letter or HR policy. Even if you demand salary slip they gives a list of excuses but not salary slip.

Working here for more than 2 year now, I have found one of a great platform and people to work with. The company has ample of projects to work on and you will get a lot of opportunities to boost your career and explore your skills. It been a great journey with Equal infotech so far

Equal Infotech is great place to work at. Such a positive environment to work in and workmates are also very very supportive and encouraging. We get an ample opportunity to work on different technologies. I am really happy to be part of Equal Infotech.

It's been a year now, It has been a great working experience at Equalinfotech. I have learnt a lot in 1 year. All the seniors are supportive, they help you grow. Environment and culture is good, you never feels stressed.
