Job security is high because they pay less compared to industry

Dislikes

They don't pay salary in time, appraisal is only upto words but not in pay. Actual field ppl are less but office staff who try to control them are more. Travel is too high. I worked here for 3 Yes and total hike I got is only 2.6K per month
