1. You will offer a good salary/package to trap you(and can fire you anytime). 2. For some projects it is still work from home. 3. Even after thinking a lot, I am not able to find any further likes.

1. **NO JOB SECURITY** Please...please stay/go ahead with an organization that is offering you better job security. EPAM India already fired a lot of employees with 0-day notice period and still doing it. 2. I worked there as an Android developer for a few years. There is mobility DEP Manager(Can't name here). He is a pathetic person and he doesn't know how to talk with employees. 3. As you already got a good amount on joining so no hike/minimal hike on appraisal. 4. They have a garage and other activities but all are just show-offs. You will not get any time to groom/present your skills at org. level. 5. **NO PROMOTION** The Recruiter will catch by saying that you may apply to get a promotion even within 6 months but it is all fake. To go from the promotion cycle you have to get approval from 2 colleagues project manager and manager (You know how good are indian managers :-D ). Then you have to do certain assessments and apply for some mock interviews and real interviews and during that also you have to do more project contributions. There's nothing Good about the Company. DO NOT JOIN THIS AT ALL. They'll hire you at a lesser salary than expected and then fire you for no reason.

The Recruiter's tone was really BAD like he was doing some kind of favour on me. I cleared the Interview but they were even offering me lesser comp than my current one and doing it like they were doing a favour on me by hiring. During the interview process they'll be very nice and happy but then once things don't go their way they will start getting irritated.
