Working with growing leaders is always exciting. They have N number of customers and value of employees. I too cane across of offers drops by the candidates in the market. But we always find a pool. Epam has good branding in market so less work on branding part.
Manager is good but lead is too toxic. Working in single technology hiring make me sad. So you will loose knowledge on other cutting edge technologies in market.

It is a consulting firm, which asks employees to work from client location. There is nothing from the EPAM end. If client is good product based company you might have learning curve
Promotion Process doesn't consider employee performance in the client project. Hikes are less compared to market standards, for this term atleast. Works like a consulting company rather than a Organization, EPAM manager will not know what projects we are working on because we need to work from client location, because of this our work is not valued.

Please remember below things before joining EPAM.They are trapping people for thier business purpose. Interview process has only 2 rounds, even though u r not done well, they will offer you good package. Actual game starts after joining.They are hiring for bench.Recruiter or HR don't disclose below things before joining. They will say like training will be given. It is not training , they will give a big assignment and you have to clear 4 internal rounds of evaluation just to get project interview opportunity. Micromanagement at peak level. your assignment study level tracked by many mentors, Each day need to update which lesson u studied and what topic next. Minimum 3 weeks time will be given. once done mentor will take interview , like this you have to clear 3 levels of interviews. Then they will give opportunity for project interview. Mentor will keep rejecting if he is not satisfied. You will be sent home if not able to clear these 4 rounds..Please be careful before joining. don't get trapped by seeing their offer.
