If someone is really passionate about teaching he/she should join as it totally depends on business you shouldn't expect growth and other perks. It was a nice experience.

Dislikes

They dont get people who are capable to complete the task and if they get they can't afford to pay them.

Express covid-19 is concern so we all employee of Eon vertex edu system private limited till now we didn't get any satisfied Assurance from management

Company is very nice but it has its own limitations as every industries has its own limitations.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
