I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. They don't give your salary even for 6 months delayed salary is okay for them. Ruin your career, they asked you do work by using your own personal laptop. 3rd class work balance and management. Even they doesn't pay ur pf on time and told you we r MNC company but even though there is no medical facilities available for employees. Overall if you want to ruined your career go and join there.
