it was nice working with Escon Elevators I was in installaion and support Manager Mr.Patil is good Team Lead he helped me lot whener it requried MD Sir's Vision abut employee are very good he is directly connect to almost all employee he know all employee personly and alos VP Madma very helpfull . compay had health and accidet policy which help me covide time

Worst company ever . No job security.. they asked to resign on immediate basis in probation period. I joined as QA QC Manager. After setting documentation formats and audit documents they told me to resign on immediate basis within a day..

MD is good. But surrounding atmosphere is bad.

Management not supportive. Commitment given by higher level is failure. SCM as not controlled on dispatch plan date of material. Every time face shortage & wrong shipment. Field Engineer department is absent.
