Appraisal and Position not based on Talent. Work life balance Poor. Sometimes need to work upto 12 to 15 hrs per day.

Its a relatively new and growing company. Salaries are paid on time. Work from home is available.

Dislikes

Company needs to find one specific path. The employees don't have any idea what kind of future they have once getting out of the present company.

Work Details

Its a little hectic. on an average, on works atleast 10 hours a day. 1st and 3rd saturday are supposed to be holidays but its not followed strictly.
