Management lack of system setup. One person given many responsibilities major irrespective skills. Unnecessary so much meetings, which can be avoided just by implementing softwares like ERP and on which meetings to be done not doing that seriously. Project management tool is entirely missing.. Appraisal has no fix time line ... Some years may miss in case no project... Alternate Saturday off but some month all of sudden mail can come to resume on all Saturday.. No medical insurance, only accidental. Roles are defined on papers only not in real.....Read More
