1.Poor work culture. 2.No scope of appreciation, increment. 3. I have worked 12 hour a day many times and have to attend queries, complaint's, and get there analysis for the product done on time. 4. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. 5. Lot's of work pressure. 6. Few sales people are not at all having any knowledge of the things they are doing and are now Managers over there just because of there work experience. 7. Backstabbing. 8. No respect. 9. No proper management. 10. Last but not the least, I will suggest to recruit some experience and knowledgeable person in Envirocare and respect each other....Read More
