This is one of the top 10 hopeless distributor companies in india. Ruled by 2-3 people, no leadership, no management, no work culture.....will never give you incentive, will cheat your money towards travel and later reject bills . No apprisal, no promotion, no career growth, no innovation. Its kind of a grocery shop selling softwares

The job is quite interesting, I have struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no formal training session due to covid restructions I got ace to choose multiple hats and that helped me get a better taste of different products, roles within the team.
