The best aspect of Working at Entregar Solutions is the outstanding company culture and unwavering support. The entire team, including the Management, HR and IT fosters an environment of respect & collaboration, also for team support. Every processing team member is eager to lend a hand, working together to achieve the Target by supporting each other. The company truly values employees time and personal commitments, offering flexibility during emergencies by adjusting work hours or Shift timings. This allow us to maintain a healthy balance b/w work & personal life. I never felt that working under a high pressure workloads or rigid commands in the processing job over here. Even though the company is a US based one, we have to work on some of the US Federal Holidays. Only a few numbers of US approved Federal Holidays are considering as Work-Off by Management. So Pre-Planning for an event by considering the Federal Holiday will Screw!!!

I left the Job from Entregar Solutions once I got an opportunity to go abroad but I found out how comfortable was working with Entregar Solutions compared to the other Company. When I lost the job abroad , Entregar Solutions hired me back which changed my life. I will never forget or leave Entregar Solutions.

Night Shift, but there is nothing Management can do as all Business comes from US so we have to work as per their time zone.
