No prons You will learn a agile methodology and git. you will improve communication skills here by collaborating with cross cross-functional team but in technical skills you will forget what you have now. This company works in only core PHP and in that also you will not get chance to code. You have to beg for approvals from multiple team members and team for a single line code change. Have to document everything. Super micromanagement by some managers. I will not recommend to join this company. No technical growth. Only maintenance work. Compensation is not good at all; atleast not as per market standard there will difference of 50 to 60 percent in compensation. Appraisals happens based on your relation with managers or as manager wants. You need to participate in different functions and if you don't then you will not get good appraisal even if you work very hard. For appreciation or award you always need to be lime light other wise they will never recognize your work. No career grow.
