They give decent appraisal.

They keep on changing policy. You have to compulsory sign 2 years iof minimum employment period bond. First you have to give interview to get a job in this company. Later on you also have to give interview to CPA firms to get timesheet. If you don't get timesheet they you don't even get appraisal. Management is worse, they hires management personal who is not even qualified. They never stand on their words....Read More

Pathetic work culture, too much favouritism, peak politics (Congress should hire people from here) appraisals are given to favorites by managers instead of deserving persons.

Entigrity has provided me the opportunity to develop my skills and grow as a person. I started as an associate and was just upgrade to a consultant. Entigrity, in my view, is the top firm in the accounting outsourcing sector.
