It's always a team game. So I like my team the most and my manager.

HR and their policy. Company frequently change their policy for the betterment of themselves not for the employee. Management is also poor. Got good support from the Top level but Mid leval management is not good enough to handle the things. Not a career growth opportunity, just they need good english speaking guys irrespective of your work.
