I dislike that anything productive done over and above your eight hour-timesheet is not appreciated properly. OT being paid through leaves rather than the proper cash compensation sems like the worst decision possible. Productive hours go down with excessive leaves so employees get in a limbo. To use OT leaves or not? Favoritism is too on the nose. Equal opportunities and room for growth should be available for eligible candidates....Read More
