I have worked in euronova for 2 years and the job security issue is there but work culture and growth is well and if you could balance work-life issue then sure this company is for you. Management is very good specially boss's involvement is there with every deppt. Which is very impressive and i was very happy doing work with Mr. Subhashis sir. Dislikes

I faced several problems there like their is no value of rules and regulations. First they make the rules and within 10 min you will see their is no meaning of that. I suggest you to avoid argument with Shalini ma'am. She is master at buttering. Don't fall for her sweet words. She and Mr. Pawan are master in playing politics. These two persons can do anything just look to their own interest.
