Likes
Only the teammates were good. The Company promoted some union leader like characters as Managers that resulted in good resources leaving the Company early.
Salary - Good
Dislikes
Growth was restricted.Company adopted policies of dictatorship.Learning was restricted.Too much politics resulted in degradation of work culture that was initially good.No work life balance. Managers were interested to know about personal lives of resources to utilize their political will power.
