No dislikes about Ensemble, but would like to add on few suggestions. Ensemble must start a culture of providing training session and seminar of fit out product we use regularly in our work. Such trainings can help our freshers and engineers to have a complete knowledge and skills development during the time of execution.

Ensemble is a very good company, management is very good, always salary on time. Ensemble is delivering the project within given time frame, I really like the boss attitude, he is taking quick action when site team is feeling any issue towards the project completion. As the company is doing work all over India, he is providing the PG to the staff which cost more to the company. My suggestion is please provide the flat with one cook to the staff at every site because there is so much of work load on site due to which coming late night to PG also not getting proper food in PG on different location and different cities.
