It is not an NGO, but a Business model in the guise of improving the education sector. There is no plan, vision and mission (what they have is highly impossible one). It is functioning to make money and to satisfy the CEO as he wants to be acknowedged by others as he did something goof, maybe trying to make up for his past sins. He is a total nut job, who does not have any knowledge and everything he does is just copy pasted from ChatGPT (Premium version- yeah he got money for that and not for the employee). Everything including Email and WhatsApp message are from ChatGPT. In the name of Social Organisation, these bunch of Savarnas are running a scam in the education space and making money out of it. Kuch facility nahi...CEO ko time ka kuch pata nahi, sirf gadhe ki tarah kam karo, facility kuch bhi nahi he...just time pass, Totally waste of time. CEO, ko management kya pata hi nahi. There is no future. and no knowledgeable work

The time to time reminder that if I don't do my work properly, I would be removed from the organization was a stressfull experience.

Dislikes

When I resigned, no one ever gave proper instructions on what to do in notice period, so I just did whatever work was left till the end of my notice period. Later on, they were unwilling to give my pay because I was not reporting to them in my notice period. Should have instructed properly from the start then, it was their own negligence but made it seem like it was my fault.
