Worst work environment Playing with employee mental health There is no personal / family life Management pressurizes women to stay till late night in the office. Unsafe (11 pm ). Even on Sunday no holiday. Employees have to give update on every half n hour or else management deduct the salary. Jokers are hired as a managers here.
Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

It is not an NGO, but a Business model in the guise of improving the education sector. There is no plan, vision and mission (what they have is highly impossible one). It is functioning to make money and to satisfy the CEO as he wants to be acknowedged by others as he did something goof, maybe trying to make up for his past sins. He is a total nut job, who does not have any knowledge and everything he does is just copy pasted from ChatGPT (Premium version- yeah he got money for that and not for the employee). Everything including Email and WhatsApp message are from ChatGPT. In the name of Social Organisation, these bunch of Savarnas are running a scam in the education space and making money out of it. There is no time boundary, no personal space even in not working hours and no salary on time....Read More
