We are performance driven organisation and sometimes due to urgent completion of work employees do wait for the completion of work voluntarily -- this is a rare phenomenon. We respect and support our female colleagues in balancing their work and personal lives, and safety is always a priority. Daily and weekly Updates are a norm across most professional organisations where there are high work dependencies within the team. Ennoble is committed to building a top professional team of professions who are looking at doing good quality work and also grow fast. Not being able to appreciate your fellow managers seems more like a personal grudge and we would like to differ from you here.
